This policy sets out how user information is handled on the website and members' site provided by WOLF TRACE SMC (“this site”).

2. Information we collect

• Whop account information: account identifier, email address, display name
• Purchase status: the plans you bought and records of single-article purchases
• Access logs: IP address, access time, etc. (for abuse prevention)

This information is obtained through your Whop login (your own authorisation), purchase notifications from the payment platform, and server logs.

3. Purpose of use

• Member authentication and managing access according to purchase status
• Content protection (such as watermarks on member pages) and preventing unauthorised access or misuse
• Responding to enquiries and sending important notices

4. Payment information

Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by the payment platform Whop (Whop Inc.). Our servers never store card information.

5. Storage and security

• Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, encrypted both in transit and at rest
• We keep only the minimum information listed in section 2; payment-notification logs are deleted automatically after 30 days
• Safeguards against unauthorised access include encryption in transit, access controls and rate limiting

6. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies or third-party tags for advertising or behavioural tracking.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent except where required by law. To provide the service we use payment (Whop Inc.) and hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.) providers, each of which handles information under its own privacy policy.

8. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

On request we will disclose, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Please contact us through the messaging feature on the purchase page (Whop). Do the same if you wish to close your account.

9. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page.
